1) If utilizing insurance, you may check for any specifics from your insurance company about Tele-Health coverage.
2) a) Click the Scheduling tab, follow instructions, and register as a new patient. Clearly mention Virtual therapy sessions on the form (During COVID-19 emergency, assume that all sessions are virtual/video.)
b) New patients-- Send us the documents via fax or email, prior to your first appointment. Click on the Documents tab for more information.
3) Appointment request/ confirmation.
4) Show up at the appropriate video platform (you will receive instructions), Show up few minutes earlier and ready.
